RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Fauv offers a 30-day return or exchange policy if applicable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return your purchase, please follow the instructions below;
- Ensure that you return your purchase within 30-days of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition with the hygiene band on and in the original packaging with swing tags.
- Email your return request to email@example.com enclosing your invoice with the items you would like to return.
- You are advised to keep hold of any tracking numbers that is provided by your carrier.
- You will receive your refund credit within 14 business days of Fauv receiving and inspecting the item(s). An email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. Please note that the cost of the original delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
*Please note that we only exchange an item is defective or damaged. Please ensure you exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging with swing tags.
Please follow the above (RETURNS) steps but please indicate in your email that this is an EXCHANGE request.

Please note that Fauv is responsible for the shipping cost of the return item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund for your return, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
